Chicken, Brown rice and Olive oil!
How is this for a VERY basic bodybuilding diet? The chicken is fried in the olive oil by the way.
And cottage cheese before i go to bed.

I fry chicken and garlic in olive oil all the time and eat it over brown rice. I usually use 1-2 Tablespoons of it, i'm one of those kinds of people who feel like they'll get fat if they eat to much olive oil.. or anything for that matter lol, so I struggle with bulking diets... which I just started yesterday.
