    canadian nationals update

    Not a pro.. YET! I got 3rd last night... Prejudging I was very flat... then at the night show I was looking like I should be. The pic is from the night show... BUT!!!!!! NO EXCUSES!!! I am just going to work HARDER than EVER this next off season... time to PACK some serious MUSCLES!!! I will share my whole progress all year long. Stay tuned for that!!     That sucks man. But after seeing him next to the other guys it was clear that his back is what lost the show. His legs were ridiculous but that back width wasn't there. It was especially apparent in the FDB.

    Can't he do the Arnold Classic in 2012? He looked good in that picture he posted on fb but compared to the top two he looks really damn narrow, and it stands out against monster like Jerome Bravo.

    Agreed and they say the back is what wins shows...nonetheless, glad to see/read his humble response and that he didn't make any excuses, maturity is on point imo. I am pretty pumped to see him hit it hard again this year in the offseason though. Glad to see he will be making more training vids et.

    I hope he doesn't focus too much on size and lose his aesthetics and signature abs/waist but I have faith in our boy, he obviously knows what he's doing.

    I feel so bad for him. Atleast he improved from 4th last year to 3rd this year so in a way it was a success and he's definitely on the right track.

    LOL this guy is a friend of mine (compete in the same team with the same coach)! Srsly one of the biggest guy in the province (300lbs off-season)
    He's also a good friend with Antoine, and better known for his killer beard haha
