i believe he did real estate like arnold did and was already making like a million a year before being a famous bodybuilder.

I think now cutler probally makes 2-3 million a year or more...

not sure but its in the low millions for sure.

I knew Shawn Ray 10+ years ago when I lived in So Cal and I refinanced his home loan once. I had to see his tax returns for 2 years and he was just averaging a little over $300K per year.

I know that was over 10 years ago, but it can't be that huge of a difference what top pros get paid for comps, endorsements and guest posing now. If you'll recall Shawn was in very high demand for endorsements and he was all over magazines in the 90s.

If you mean from bodybuilding competition, not much. Ronnie's income from competition in the past few years has been in the low six-digits. I don't believe the amount BSN signed him for has been disclosed.

Cutler was not quite at the six-digit mark until this last fall from competition. Same story for his Muscle Tech contract, but that was probably substantially more than his prize money.

Jay also owns a real estate development company and makes the vast majority of his income from that. His bodybuilding money is probably a negligable amount compared to his real estate earnings.

Shawn Ray was a great figure head for bodybuilding back in the 90's IMO and although he never won the Olympia, he made a good buck from where he could.

These days there is more money in bodybuilding for those who are in the top 3, sadly not for those who were lower down the pecking order. Thats what shawn ray used to fight for.

Jay has been reported to be getting more deals than when ronnie was Mr O.
Its how you milk the system when your at the top, same with any sport. America loves a winner and the endorsments will support that.

You can charge more for guest posing as your numero uno...

Although its not your business what he makes, he might even tell you a general estimate if you asked him. He seems like a very approachable person and answers his emails and such. Im sure your aware he plays his cards very well and judging by his house and belongings he is doing quite well for himself.

He was in FHM 2 years ago, and he stated int hat he makes more than $1 million a year.

His and Ronnies endorsement contracts with their respective sponsors are the biggest in bodybuilding.....and Ronnies contract with BSN is the most lucrative in bodybuilding history.

None of us know exactly what he makes, but its alot.

Yeah but you need to take into account that Jay has about 20 sponsors and is Mr. O which Shawn Ray wasnt also you need to take into account that Jay is white with blonde hair. It might be not fair but that is more marketable then a black man in the eyes of most business men. I would not be surprised if Jay made 2-3 million a year

well that was a while back...and cutler stated he has made a million from real estate I still think he makes in the low millions with his sponsors and his investments.

The guy is pretty smart he talks about it in his muscle tech ads lol about real estate.

Yes it is possible to make millions every year doing real estate. If you know who Larry Goins is, He buys and flips 15 houses a month. And if he owns a housing development company, he's not actually the one looking for properties so that means he has a lot of time to do whatever.
