All right, the aggressive sports nutrition company Kemistry labs Inc., asked me to find beta testers for their new product Stone Dragon. Here’s what we are looking for. Please read through this carefully, this is a good opportunity for bodybuilders who want to gain additional size or need to maintain mass while dieting.

The formula is solid, and I have tried the product myself so you should actually feel the product working…great for a serious PUMP…

But, my opinion really doesn’t count. What we want are serious bodybuilders to use Stone Dragon for 15 workouts (about 3 weeks of use), and tell us how it works for YOU! This means we will send you 30 servings of Stone Dragon (since larger athletes may want to use two-packets per workout), if you help us out.

In return, we only want participants who are engaged in a serious bodybuilding program, and diet plan, which may vary depending on your goals. You must be 18 years of age, and a U.S. resident.


Note: If you are following a low-carb diet plan, we urge you to replenish your glycogen stores (eat some damn carbs) at least every 72 hours so that the product can exert its full effects.

In return, we'd like to see Before & After photos (full body: front, side and back). Please take one set of photos before you start using Stone Dragon, and once per week thereafter. We would also like you to pick one training day and take 1-photo pre-training and another photos post training (same day). This way we can see the cumulative and the acute effects of the product.

We would like to see training and diet logs, at least weekly, if not daily, on the bb.com forum.

You may continue to use your current supplement routine, but please do not make any drastic changes except for the addition of Stone Dragon.

ive worked out for two years on and off and i started seriously working out about a year ago, but i just started working out the right way about 7 months ago.


Current Bodybuilding Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):

Day A:
chest/shoulders/legs

Day B:
back/bis/abs

i workout every other day alrternating between day a and day b. i do cardio in the morning on my off days fo 15 minutes.

Note: If you are doing cardio, only use Stone Dragon on weight training days.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name):
ON fish oil
ON 100% whey
vs ultimate man multi
vitamin c: 500mg
green tea extract: 315mg
revitalize x(starting the sponsored log once i receive it)

Current Nutrition and Macros (as much detail as possible):
3200-3300 calories a day bulking.
250g protein, 300g carbs and the rest of my calories are fat

Current Daily water intake:
2-3 gallons


Short Term Goal:
gain 10 lbs of muscle by march


Long Term Goal:
175 @ 6% bodyfat

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:
none

Why should you be selected as a tester? (state your case)

-well this product looks promissing.. besides the 1-3 weeks worth of craptech pump i got i am currently not on any creatine or NO based product and introducing one into my routine would be great and super beneficial.. currently im doing lots of research before i buy these 2 products but this one product of yours has both and would be great

-another reason is cuz i workout like an animal. the gym watches me. watches me breath sweat and scream.. if this stuff works i can give you all the credit + solid diet

-pick me because ill give a good review of the product based on truth and what i feel not some little kid who will be taken for a road trip at the thought of being a tester

I've been weight lifting off and on for the last 7 years but really started to get into training seriously and eating right in the last couple years. I have a new workout partner who is bigger and stronger then me which is awesome. So why should you pick me? My answer is simply, I'm going to get bigger one way or another and if this supp. can help me achieve my goals I will put all I have into it.


Current Bodybuilding Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):

Monday: Upper 1

Bench Press 5x5
Wide grip pullups 3x6-8
Weighted dips 3x8-10
Tbar rows3x8-10

Tuesday: Lower 1

Squats 5x6-8
Lunges 3x8-10
Calf raises 4x10-15

Thursday: Upper 2

Seated Military press
Pullups
Dumbbell incline bench press
Barbell rows
close grip bench press

Friday: Lower 2

Deadlifts 5x6-8
Leg press 3x8-10
weighted hyperextensions 3x10

Now this is 90% of our workout but we will also add a couple sets of isolation work on some of these days if we have any gas left. For example this tuesday we added 3 sets of barbell curls. However, at least 90% of our lifts are these compound movements or some variation. We do VERY little to no machine work.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name):

50lb bulk box of whey protein from a l l t h e w h e y . c o m
AST Pro 32x Multivitamin
ON Fish Pills
ON Flax pills
VPX No Shotgun (I only have like 2 servings left)

Current Nutrition and Macros (as much detail as possible):

3200-3500 calories per day. I use to track every single calorie on Fitday.com for almost a year and now it's to the point where I just do it in my head and make sure I never go more then 3 hours without food. I aim for 40/40/20 breakdown. Tons of oats, milk, chicken, potatoes, bread, PB, whey, etc.

Current Daily water intake:

1.5 - 2 gallons on training day
1 gallon on non-training days

Short Term Goal:

Keep adding strength and muscle like I'm doing. I constantly set goals for increased weight on my major lifts. For example my immediate goal is to 5 sets of 5 reps on the bench press with 245lbs. I'm currently floating just under 225.

Long Term Goal: Can't say for sure but right now I'm looking to get to a lean 195-210.

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:

I cut out all my drinking except for once every other week. So once every other week I will go out with all my friends and get hammered and the day after I may throw down a Vicodin for hangover purposes. Sue me

First pic around this time a year ago after I got lazy (thanks to my whore ex GF) I was around 191 lbs.

Second pic was after a cut in the low 170's.

The last pics are crappy more recent pictures of me around 180lbs. I know the last three pics suck but they are the most recent pics I have.

Also I want to point out that I darkened the last 4 pics a little in a photo editing program because the flash was really bright and I need to work on my tan
