    Creatine with Kool-aid?

I been reading around on other sites that some people mix their creatine in kool-aid. Does anyone know if this is effective?

It's best to take mix your creatine with high-glycemic simple sugars, and the higher the glycemic index, the better. Kool-Aid contains a lot of high-glycemic simple sugars in the form of sucrose. Therefore, mixing creatine with Kool-Aid would be a pretty good idea. However, mixing the creatine with dextrose (the sugar with the highest glycemic index) would be even better.

You can mix creatine with pretty much anything. I've personally done it with milk before... Not the best, but it still works
