Question about Rippetoe and sore knees

I am almost 4 weeks into Starting Strength. My right knee has been sore since last Sunday. My left knee is now sore as well. So I have decided no more lower body exercises until they both feel great and I can get someone to evaluate my form.

In the meantime, what should I do about my upper body? I am not going to deadlift, squat, or do Pendlay rows until I get better. I can still do dips, pull ups, bench press, and military press (probably seated). Can someone recommend a workout for my upper body while I rest the knees? Just doing dips and bench press or pull ups and military press doesn't seem like much. Thank you.
