Creatine
I know theres probably been a thread asking this before, but I need to know on short notice.
I'm 15 and turn 16 in april. I really want to start taking creatine. Is it safe for me to take it at 15 or should I wait?
If you tell me I should wait please give me some facts on why I should.

for the love of god use the search option.. theres nothing that could be going on in your life where you need to know within the next 2 mins that you couldnt have just searched for it.
back the topic, its safe, but if youve never lifted before you probably dont even need it. not saying you cant use it, it will still help you gain and stuff, but it would be better to use after your newbie gains stop.

I didn't want to search it because I'de rather see the answer from peers that have actually used it before. So chill out.

Lol... All NO does is increase blood flow to the muscle. I'm sure he won't drop dead if his body is increasing the flow or nutrients and blood throughout his body. I don't know why you're going on a crusade to talk rubbish about NO when you don't really know what you're talking about.

Mate , i do ive researched into it quite abit because im doing further P.E at the moment .
Im not saying that he DEFINETLY shouldnt take it .. Its just the majority of people believe you should use it when 18 or over . Check www.bodybuilding.com the teen reviews on NO ..
I dont want to get into a huge argument
Just speaking my opinion

First of all, I'm sure nearly everyone on this board has probably used creatine or at least 85%+ of the people have. That being said, what kind of answers do you think you would be getting? Creatine isn't some elusive steriod or something that only few have used, read the stickys. Thank you for your wasted bandwith.

I doubt you will notice a large difference, mix away friend. I do take my pwo split though, chocolate whey with grape juice wouldn't taste too good.

I know it isn't an elusive steriod. I just wanted to get some facts and opinions from the 85%+ people that have used it. My lord. Your welcome for the wasted bandwidth. I've never taken it before and was just wondering. Better safe then sorry as I always say. Sorry I didn't use the search. I guess I'm not as smart as you.

Yup, creatine is a big thumbs up (with proper diet of course)...Just don't tell any of your dumb friends. I did that and now he's telling people that I take -gasps- creatine!

Regular creatine is just okay. You might gain 5lbs on your lifts. Get a pre-workout drink like NO-Xplode or Trac Extreme NO and your lifts will go up like crazy. Tell you what;skip the creatine and go straight for a protein powder that has at least 600mg of arginine per scoop. You will feel like Superman!
