Ok this is my brand new journal for my brand new diet and new me plan!!

Emma and Tara-you girls have helped me so much thanks alot!! hope to keep in touch with you!!

ohh yeah...I got my diet so excited for it!!

...i'm not allowd to post it exactly on here cause its like "top secret" i guess lol i feel like a secret agent lol but ill give you an over view ok?!?

-6 meals a day
-3 snacks
-all spaced about 2 to 4 hours apart

anyways-legs kill today from workout yesterday but it's the good kind of kill lol

no w/o today but seeing my trainer tomorrow i usually train in the gym w/ weights 3xs a week/cardio 3xs a week 15mins/abs every other day by myself

diet officially started today and it's gonna be hard to do because of the frequency and school but i'm going to do it!!lol i plan on gaining atleast 20lbs with this diet by the time july rolls around which is when i plan to compete for the first time!!!

P.s.-i hope i can learn something new from all of you!!...also i still need a good recipe for protein pancakes!!

I'm going to do this right this time!! i know i can!! i won't quit!! i'm going to succeed and prove everyone who thought i was just another ED young girl that went to far and had no will power wrong!!i'm going to train hard and my overall goal is to win the Teen Jouniors Competition in July!!

hello everyone!!

Good day 2 hour early dissmissal,aced my history test!! came home went to the store got some grochrys and other junk then went to the gym...

workout-
w/ trainer-shoulders 45mins
elliptical-15 mins
abs-15 mins

diet-100% perfect!

...i think i'm getting a cold :-( and now i have to go study for another history test pt.2 and spanish and parenting!! ugh!!

...i'm not positive of my split but i think it's something like this...

(every other week)-monday-back
tuesday-shoulders
(every other week)-wednesday-chest
thursday-triceps,biceps
(every other week)-friday-back...if i missed monday
saturday-off
sunday-legs

...kinda confuseing lol...but she keeps track of it for me...so i'm pretty sure it's like a correct split for me or she wouldn't schedule me for it right? lol

Tara,
no, i train 3 days a week swithching days every other week...but always do legs on sundays and always have satursays as restdays...my trainer is about 300$ a month...but that is much cheaper considering the $60,000 it would have costed to go into an ED hospital for 3 moonths...i think i made the best choice by starting at the gym w/ her!!! for sure!!!

hey!

pretty boring day!! lots of tests

w/o-no gym today but have session w/ my trainer tomorrow!! i love it so much!!

diet-100% good!!

...so since i started eating more i seriously think i can tell a huge difference already...in everything!! i felt so much stronger during last nights shoulder workout and felt great after too!!...nooot only has it affected my strength and stamina,endurance,energy in the gym but i think my overall mood is better i am alert and like ready for anything...it's strange i never thought my new diet would effect me in such a positive way!!...alls i know for sue is it's deffinetley working!!...my trainer also said she could tell a difference and that yesterday was one of my stronger days for sure!!...in just 2 days of better eating!!

...so i decided to only get on the scale during the first of the month or during doctors appts. and my trainer and nutritionist think this is a good idea also especially w/ my new diet...because with my ED past they don't want me to become obsessive and freak out if i gain...and let the mirror and myself tell how i feel!!

I'm proud of you for setting such healthy goals. You will be so glad that you did this for yourself, not just now, but for years to come. I teach high school, and it breaks my heart to see so many overweight, unhealthy kids in my classroom. I'm sure you are a big inspiration at your school.

Simpy-Thanks so much!! yeah i'm pretty sure i've been through everything now, going from obese and eating everything in sight to being too thin and eating hardly enough to function to where i am today it feels great...i also hate seeing all the overweight kids in my school because i know how they feel because i've been there but they just don't understand and maybe never will... i hope thats not the case though!!

hey everyone!!

...pretty good day, rest day so no gym but going tomorrow afternoon for legs with my trainer!!

diet was 100% good today i really love this plan!!...takeing my first"cheat meal" tomorrow kinda nervous about it!!...decided on steak fajitas i think!!

went christmas shopping today and wrapped lots of presents so lots of walking around the stores!!...and abs

...ohh yeah does anyone have any ideas on what i should get my personal trainer for christmas? i have no clue what to get her!! shes about 40years old,she has 3 kids,and spends almost all day at the gym...if that helps lol? but i need to get her something but idk how,where or what for her!!

gym tonight was great!!

i upped my free weight size by 5lbs!!! pretty happy about that when i first started about a month ago i could barely do 8lbs now i'm up to 15!! yay :-)

...well i have to go do some homework :-( be around later

AHH! TGIF!!...only 2 more days of school till break!!

site has been messed up for me the past couple days has it been for anyone else?

well gym lastnight!! w/ trainer

triceps and biceps! OUCH! and abs and 15 mins on the elliptical!

diet was 100% again yesterday i'm getting good at this i think! lol

...ugh! so i have to sit in a yearbook meeting ALL DAY (litteraly) today...but thats what i get for being the youngest underclassman in the class of SENIORS!! lol

christmas is only 10 days away!! ahh so excited
