My questions are.
I need to loose wieght, #345, 6'1
Had a joint replacement in ankle 3yrs ago.
I can't run do to joint replacement but will work through pain
to do the cardio needed.
I really need to know a good diet, clean eating.
Work schedule makes it hard to eat right but I can prepare food
in advance. Work=3:30am to 6-7pm, so when I eat I just get something quick
and easy. I would like to get some help on a good diet. Also included I was
thinking of adding some test and ephedrene.

Yeah, um, forget teh test and ephedrine, you don't need it. Are you walking for rehab? If not, don't be stupid and walk through the pain. There's enough options that you don't need to work through the pain.
You need a good diet? At three hundred plus you just need to put the fork down. Work on eating smaller portions. Take it slow. Get moving (bike, rower, etc) as much as you can but not to the point where you hurt yourself. Swim if you want, that'll be good for you. Lift some weights. Start simple. Use machines if you need to keep stress off your ankle. Don't over think it right now. Slow and steady.
