    B.F Scale or calipers

I know neither method is completley accurate, however, I own both a tanita bodyfat scale and a digital caliper. The scale tells me I am between 25-27% and the caliper between 17-20%. I am leaning toward believing the caliper, as when I look in the mirror, I do notice a change and find it hard to believe I am still in the upper 20's. Any opinions on which is a more trusted method?

Bodystat is the way to go for your bf, they only become inaccurate when really low bf, that is when you need to use calipers to check to see you are still losing fat, any personal trainer should have access to one of these

I agree with you that its just a number. I do still like to keep track of B.F as opposed to scale weight at least once a month to see how I am doing. Helps me track my progress. Im one of those folks that enjoys logging everything..
