    Expectations for 4-5 months

    Pretty soon the swim season will end and I plan on hitting the weights heavily. I want to put as much lean muscle on as possible in the 4-5 months between the competition seasons. If I put in the effort, how much lean muscle could I put on? Would 15 pounds of muscle be possible? Would 20 be pushing it? Thanks!

    sry but no one can give you a good answer to this. we know nothing of your training, background, stats, or diet. if you can put on 3-4 pounds a month then you are doing good.
