do you train everyday? if you only train 5 or less times a week, I'd say it's not necessary. If you train 6 or 7 times a week, take at least a few days off.

One week off every 8-12 weeks isn't just a good idea, it's required for maximum growth and results. You may feel lazy not exercising, but when you come back in a week, you will be well rested, stronger, and in prime position to continue gaining.

If you find your getting tired of the routein and feel like you need a rest then you could take a week off. But if your fine and can carry on, then there's not really any need in taking a week off. But it can be good as its gives all your mucles a chance to fully recover and can help to stimulate muscle growth. If your feeling fit, then carry on bro

Well is that your first 10 weeks of training? If so I don't really thik you'll need to take a week off for a while. But if you aren't a begginer and have just been training ten consecutive weeks then yeah its a good time.

A week off after a long time of training will do nothing but good...
