My first stack

Ok..................I'm 29 yrs old. 5'11" 178 lbs. I've been lifting for years now. I'm looking into doing my first stack. I'm not going to juice so I'm looking into the ph route. What would be a good stack for gaining lean mass?

You need to do your own research. PH's have lots of side effects, and you are the only one capable of determining which sides you are willing to risk.

I agree, do as much research on them as you can. For a first time, however, I would generally recommend 1-AD with some 4-AD if desired, but, do your own research!
