Hot Flashes

Just got off the phone with my mom. She is taking black cohosh for hot flashes. Does this work?

Black Cohosh is good. I get those darn hot flashes here at 32. They're horrible, especially at night! I take a formula called Flash Fighters with:

Soy Concentrate 2,100 mg.
Black Cohosh Extract 160 mg.
Dong Ouai 150 mg.
Licorice 150 mg.
Vitex Extract 100 mg.

I found this product to work well for me.

Yes, they are tablets. You can check the super store here at bb.com, but I don't think they would have such an item. I got mine at Vitamin World, and it's the name brand (Vitamin World)too.
