They should be taken with high protein meals and EFAs limited. But first of all you should wait until 21+.

I thought Glucosimine simply helped lubricate joints and is not an anti-imflammatory of any kind. Why avoid it while on AA? I think if you have joint pain, the last thing you should do is discontinue Glucosimine as it's not going to interfere with it at all. Milk Thistle also makes no sense to avoid because it also doesn't seem to have any properties potent enough to lower or interfere with AA in the body and it has liver protectant properties you are going to want while on a methylated oral. Other than that your list looks like it has merit if you're looking to be super anal. Really fish oil and NSAIDs are the main ones to avoid.

You know nothing about cyclooxygenase.

Drop these....also your multi probably contains enough B-complex.

I take NOW ADAM Multi-

What would be the reason for dropping Co-Q10?
Also forgot to add that I take Xceed Pre-workout.

NOW ADAM is fine. Co-Q10 boosts vitamin e's inhibition of cyclooxygenase.

I think you're full of it. Prove that Glucosimine is an anti-imflammatory and not just a joint fluid supporter? From what I've read you are wrong here. Just because you say it, doesn't make it right. And there have been several threads on X-Factor and Glucosimine and none that I've run across state proof that Glucosamine interferes with AA.
The effects of Glucosimine appears anti-inflammatory in the way it relives pain but it does NOT involve blocking the enzyme, cyclooxgenase. As stated in a pasage by The American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy's own website:
"This anti-inflammatory action results from a mechanism other than inhibition of cyclooxygenase."
Blocking those enzymes is what counteracts the saturation of AA in X-Factor and Halodrol liqui-gels. Since Glucosamine doesn't block cycloxgenase enzymes it won't effect AA.
Not only that but you recommend dropping supplements that are so weak in their effect on cyclooxgenase that it's pointless to even think about using or not using them. The effect is minimal. Omega-3 acids are extremely mild in their effect but it "might" be enough to recommend not supplementing any and certain NSAIDs are the MAIN thing to recommend avoiding as they definitely have lab proof on effecting AA strongly enough to inhibit it's benefits on muscle growth. Those others such as Vitamin-E have such a small effect that it's pointless to even worry about it.
There, I know "nothing" but it's apparently more than you on this subject. And that's just using google for 20 minutes and I can find that you are wrong here. Good day.

Congrats on proving the obvious. Perhaps you can ask a MOD to change your name to Captain Obvious. With that said glucosamine, believe it or not, contributes to insulin resistance due to increase glycogen synthase activity within type II muscle fibers. Now when you take an anabolic substance you certainly don't want to increase insulin resistance now do you.

You might want to correct that statement because I am mightier than thou in both mind and body.

Do you have a research paper stating that the effect of Glucosamine on insulin resistance is siginificant enough to effect muscle growth in a negative way? Oh, I'm sorry, I like PROOF with someone's rhetoric when it's highly questionable and relatively NOT common knowledge.
You said "believe it or not". I choose NOT. The effect is likely to be so slight that it won't effect your muscle growth negatively on X-Factor.

A matter of opinion. One in which again you provide no proof. And an "intelligent" mind will provide backup to his rhetoric on demand. Better hit google man and back your s**t up.

exactly! that would be sufficient for most people your size, but if you lift, you neeed more than the average joe. if you are serious enough about your training to use supplements, you should be serious about your diet as well.
so where's the protein?
edit: that's better. now where's the fat (you're not at zero like you indicated, but you should be at at least 50)?? and you should recheck those numbers on macros, many of the calculations are wrong.

While you're not eating high-fat foods here, it's inaccurate to say you're taking in 0g of fat. For example, one cup of oatmeal has 6 grams of fat and steak has considerable fat content (even the leanest cuts will have a fair amount of fat).
That said, don't be afraid of fat- it's crucial for a good diet.
