Someone correct me if I am mistaken... but most foods dont really have much sodium in them, if you buy them whole and natural.
I think plain chicken, fish, beef, turkey, oatmeal, brown rice, broccolli, spinach, eggs, etc. are all low in sodium.
maybe I am missing the point of the question or something, because it seems silly to me...
Are you talking about pre-packaged food? Fast food? Restauraunt foods?
It would help if you were more specific.
