I would like to thank Outside Backer for selecting me to test the MX-LS7. I would also like to thank Kristin, whose assistance has been invaluable in this process.
I will begin my log on Dec 4, 2006 and complete it 8 weeks later. I plan on acheiving the lean muscular body that I have always "thought of having".
My training is a hardcore style, I have a lot of muscle but I WANT THE DEFINITION TOO! You are welcome to view my other two logs at your convenience.

First Isatori MX-LS7 Support healthy thyroid function, converting low-activity T4 to high-activity T3, leading to a significant increase in metabolic rate and body heat. Next MX-lS7 stimulate the cellular messenger cAMP to regulate metabolic processes and positively mediate the effects of insulin and stimulate lipolysis for the conversion of fatty acids into the only form the body can burn off-instead of being stored as excess fat. Finally, the powerful fat-burning effects of MX-LS7 are enhanced with a proprietary complex of well researched ingredients to improve brain ATP and increase blood flow and glucose to the brain, giving you laser-like focus and improved mental acuity for high intensity explosive workouts. I am a U.S. Military Contractor currently working in Iraq. I have been in country two and half years. I am an MWR Supervisor and fortunate enough to be doing that which I love. I manage two of the finest and largest fitness facilities in the whole country. This opportunity has afforded me the ability to truly make a difference in our soldier's lives, lasting changes to their lifestyles that they can take back with them once their deployment is completed.
Up until last October 2005, I had lifted weights for most of my life but mostly off and on, never really putting too much into it. I met a soldier who was a bodybuilder and asked me to train with him. My strength gains came as well as changes I never had before. In short, I was hooked.

Day 1 12-4-06
Starting off I want to thank everybody who has stopped by to check out this log, I'm really excited about cutting my BF and I'm sure it's going to be a rough beginning but once my body adjusts and I work out the kinks this is gonna roll like a big ole FREIGHT TRAIN, down the line and into February 07. Hey, I'm just getting a head start on that old NEW YEARS RESOLUTION
Let's get started
I woke up at 0330 and headed to the gym at 0345, it was cold as **** outside this morning. I only had about 4.5 hours of sleep but I felt rested, we'll see if it holds out by the end of the day. I started the iSatori MX-LS7 today and took it at 0341am, 4 capsules with 32 oz of water, max dose for my BW. On the way to the gym I had a feeling of euphoria, maybe it was the christmas music I was singing along too as I drove. I love this time of year. No matter where you are, it's Christmas. I was also thinking of how blessed I've been this past month. It could've been a combination of starting this supplement, I just felt great! I'm absolutely a morning person, without a doubt.
I started a new routine that was give by iSatori and I chose the continuation Mass building plan and along with the diet plan I should be able to cut BF significantly without sacrificing the muscle. I may have to adjust my protein intake a little.
I just got up to go to the bathroom 0900 and felt a little light headed. Not use to the caloric drop, I think.
I did not do the strength test but will get this done next Sunday.
Workout was Chest, Shoulders, Tri's & Bi's

75 sec rest
275 x 8

60 sec rest
100 x 8
90 sec rest

90 sec rest
135 x 10

THE DIET PLAN CALLS FOR FAT FREE PRODUCTS AND SOY MILK AND OTHER THINGS THAT ARE NOT READILIY AVAILABLE HERE but no problem I'm just going to be smart about the choices and use what we have and follow ity as closely as possible. I will record everything.

Really looking forward to you and NuclearArms' logs for this one.
Make sure you get some more sleep though big guy, I was barely pulling 5 hours on most nights, and it was really draining me. A house like you needs all the rest he can get!
Even though the numbers are lower, that's still an awesome w/o! Let's not forget, you're taking some short ass breaks. If one is born a male, at least once in his life he'll dream of becoming the strongest man alive.
