How often do you work out your abs?

I work them out 3 times a week and i'm thinking of doing it 5 times per week. I love working out abs, they are my favorite, I usually do about 10 sets of 20 incline crunches along with something else (varies). The thing is I never feel sore the day after... or even a few hours after, I know alot of people say you should only work them out like any other muscle but I'm thinking about working them alot more often. How often do you do them?

    Cool

    I do them 1 or 2 times a week.
You say you don´t feel sore. Try to do the exercise with correct form, moving your torso by the action of your abs not because you are bouncing on the floor. Try to squeeze the abs very hard in the end of the contraction (you can try to hold in that possition for a little time). After the contraction go down slow. Hope this can help you. PEACE

    Once a week.

I too never get much soreness in abs the next day, but o well, its not like you have to be sore to show you had a good workout.
