rows and chins work them indirectly

Yes...................... Lots.
Secondary Involvement:
Standing lateral raises- have a secondary benefit of rear heads.
One-arm Cross Cable Laterals- Secondary aslo
Specific:
(1)Seated One-Arm Cross Cable Laterals- Isolates the rear delts
(2)Reverse Overhead DB Laterals- side and rear
(3)*Seated Bent-Over DB Laterals- Isolation, and doing seated is a stricter movement.
(4)Bent-Over Cable Laterals- Slightly longer range of motion and continuous resistance.
(5)Lying Side Laterals- rear and side specific

Do this. Except much less bend at the elbow + heavy weight.
