I wanted it to be funny, but just couldn't manage to find it even amusing. Shockingly stupid is how i would describe it. As the video cut off the bar looked to be heading to his neck I'd be suprised if he wasn't in the ICU for a couple of days after that.

i have seen someone drop 400 on there chest because the guy lost his grip after he was about 70% of the way up.

well, you should pity the stupid, they dont know better. but it is sad in my mind when someone those something stupid that can have a seriously bad result on their body. yes, I know, we should nominate this guy for a potential darwin award, but still. dont laugh at people injurying themselves, its baaaaddddd Karma.

Those vids are insane.....I couldn't imagine that happening. You deff. have to have a spotter you can trust and isn't an IDIOT!! I myself use a thumbless grip....I think I may be changing that now....
