Is there a way to jump rope inside my house without causing the light fixtures in the ceiling under my room to shake? The only room I can skip in is on the third floor (enough space). (the ceiling in the basement is too low, and the main floor is full of people.) Normally I'd jump rope on my patio, but it's pouring ice rain today.
What are my other home cardio options?
Also, I have an EZ curl bar with 30lbs. Is there any way I can get a back workout using that?
Thanks.
