Laying off supplements when sick?

Just got back from the Doc's office.. I have bronchitis.. So should i lay off my supplements and protein shakes? What do you guys do when confronted with illness?

If the only supplements that you are using is what you have list above...

The only supplements I would then continue to use is your NOW Salmon oil and the NOW ADAM. Make sure that you drink plenty of liquids and keep a clean diet.

I am currently sick as a dog. I am still taking my vitamins and ON gold protein that has glutamine and BCAA's. Glutamine, aminos, and vit C and E are good for your immune system. It is important for your body to have these supps to recover quicker. I have even been taking my creatine once in the morning just to stay on a schedule. The salmon oil wouldnt hurt either. Just be sure to drink plenty of clear fluids and get lots of rest!

when i get sick i usually double up my multi and take more vit C. if your having problems staying hydrated check out pedialyte

I'm sick as shiznit right now as well... I'm taking lots of vit c, taking multi greentea, fishoil, calcium... probably some more water and chicken soup and rest would help too..

i appreciate everyone's response.. I just cant wait to get back into the gym.. I feel like such a couch potato.. I hate this feeling.. It gives me an idea on what supps i will continue to take.. This really helps.. Thanks..
