Hi!
Guess I should introduce myself. I'm Pam. I'm 37 years old I have 5 children ( 3 teenage sons and 5 year old b/g twins) By day I'm a SAHM at night I have a part time job. I started lifting weights in the fall of 2004 but didn't really get into it until 2005. I'm hoping to find a place where I'm more like the norm when it comes to fitness.
Pam

Hi Pam, welcome to the boards. You are in great shape. I've only had three kids and I'm deeply jealous.

Hi Pam! Your handle says it all - rockenmama indeed. There's nothing I admire more than a dedidcated mom who manages to make her own health a priority too. I don't have kids yet, but when I do I hope to be a fit and sexy mama like you. Keep up the good work!
