If any one can please help me to figure on which muscle group day should i do clean and presses. I was thinking maybe leg day or shoulder day. any info will help.
Most people can deadlift and clean a lot more than they can standing press, so the logical step would be to add it or substatute it in to your shoulder day since the exercise is probably going to work your shoulders the most. You could also just do power cleans and put them in on your back day.
