I have that bench and i love it. We really feel abs without strain on the lower back.

I used a classic ab wheel and i never felt my abs working but i felt pain on my lower back.

Looks like different names for the same device. I go to Torque's website every now and then.... some of that stuff is just insanely overpriced. All that thing is is a high quality steel lawnmower wheel with a shaft going through it. $85 + shipping? I'll pass.

Ive looked at getting that bench. I have a question for you. How much weight can you use before it gets to much? I mean without something to hold your legs won't you not be able to inscrease in weight without worrying about your legs coming up?

Obviously using your legs "cheats" a bit but IMO it also allows you to go upp in weight and thus work out your abs more.

Any help would be appreciated. Ive actually been leaning towards this machine.

It's too bad I can't find any local place that carries it. The gym at work has a body solid bench that is similar. It must be an older model because I can;t seem to find it anywhere.

    Arg, stupid ab bench...

These wheels look cool. Not just arms or arms, but during the bottom wouldn't that work lats crazy like doing dumbbell pullovers?

Anyway, they look pretty similar, but the PowerWheel looks a bit wider and easier to get your feet into. Hell, they're cheaper too. What's that thing you can get a deal with them in? Jump soles? What do those do, are they like a mobile trampoline?

The jumpsoles are shoe platforms you wear and train for vertical jump. They aren't like a trampoline in that they don't help you bounce, they just put more strain on certain muscles.

That bench looks pretty cool. I may get one. Should I go with that or go with a decline bench and do decline weighted crunches?
