id pop a few sleeping pills or nyquil but i had a "bad" experience once
last year i wasnt getting much sleep so i decided id go to sleep at like 10, take some nyquil and get like 8-10 hours of sleep. well it sure did put me to sleep. the next morning i had boxing in the afternoon around 2 30. i ended up waking up at like 12. so i go to boxing and i seriously couldnt move...i had no energy, i felt so sluggish and out of it, i felt like ****. lets just say my boxing coach didnt take it easy on me and i will never use that stuff again

today is cardio for me and im not looking forward to rolling up at the gym at 5am and start running....i also ****ed up my ankle at brazilian jiu jitsu yesterday so if anything i have to use the elliptical
on top of that my ipod has been ****in up lately and i havent been able to use it the past few cardio sessions....
cliff notes
cant sleep + cardio at 5am + ipod doesnt work + need to use elliptical cause of hurt ankle

i always do my work late at night when everyone else is sleeping...i can never just do it in the afternoon or even around like 9 when people are awake...i dont know why
