i use the whey protein that seems to be very popular on this site, after im done lifting i usualy run for about 10-20 minutes, normally i take the whey after my run because i cramp up if i run after drinkkinf it , if i wait to take the whey protein immediatly after my running will it still have as much as a effect compared to if i drank it right after lifting, before running?

dont over analyize it. i would drink it after your done training meaning lifting and running i dont know about u but dowing a shake then running might equal puking....like a great man once said......ahhh milk was a bad choice.
