Hello,
I'm 6'1 193 Ibs and I have a little fat on me. It's just mainly from bulking, not too much but a little. I was wondering how many carbs I should start out with cutting. I don't want any kind of loose skin or nothing, so I should prob. reduce my calories each week, etc. I was wondering if someone could help me out.
