Just been reading the interesting topic on nLarge 2, which has sparked the reason for this post. Im currently taking nLarge pre and post workout but its getting expensive and im wondering whether there is a cheaper and more efficeinet alternative. Theres also been some interesting points raised about sugar etc.
It would be great to get some ideas/recipes for some of the shakes that you people are taking and making yourselfs, including cals, protein, carbs etc. It would be a great resource for beginners and experts alike.
If this has already been done, then someone please point me in the right direction.
