Personally I think beta alanine is best in cutting when higher reps are usually in order to burn more calories. Of course it also depends on your workout pace, but I honestly think that beta alanine will soon be regarded as a basic supplement and I think it's been underrated for quite some time.
agreed, that is all you really need. But I would add in some BCAA's or EAA's.
