All you UK lifters, where'd you buy your protein bars? Seems you can only get quality 30g protein and little sugar/fat for £1.75 a bar minimum when buying a box of 36.
Any suggestions?

I'm sure most people on this board make their own. Dirt cheap and very easy, ive been looking at all the recipes on this board before make my first batch, i recommend you do a search.

I'm still deciding which to try, just do a search for "protein bar recipes" look through those, and see which you like the look of.
