What to eat..

Well, for the past couple of months I have been determined to bulk up quite a bit...what a success i am having. Was wondering if any of you have some other food that i can try...i have been eating chicken and brown rice for a while...want to change things up a little bit.

I found for myself, cottage cheese, peanut butter sandwhich with tuna on the side is working... sounds gross but it tastes pretty good when you wash it down with some milk or water...
