On monday november 27 i am going to transform my body heres my stats

Height-5.7
Weight-185 pounds
BF%-20%
reasons for doing this: sick of having a a gut and being chubby

i am doing the southbeach diet to get form 20%bf to 10%bf
*I WILL NOT USE ANY SUPPLEMENTS TO HELP ME LOSE THIS WEIGHT*
ill do Ripptoes for 10 weeks then do the same but add more reps and more weight
Supplemnts i will be useing
-NO-Xplode or -Purple Wraath
-BSN CELLMASS -Green MAgnitude
or another good combo to increase my strength
