    Transforming my body!!

    On monday november 27 i am going to transform my body heres my stats

    Age-16
    Height-5.7
    Weight-185 pounds
    BF%-20%

    reasons for doing this: sick of having a a gut and being chubby

    ~heres my plan~

    i am doing the southbeach diet to get form 20%bf to 10%bf
    *I WILL NOT USE ANY SUPPLEMENTS TO HELP ME LOSE THIS WEIGHT*

    ill do Ripptoes for 10 weeks then do the same but add more reps and more weight

    Supplemnts i will be useing
    -NO-Xplode or -Purple Wraath
    -BSN CELLMASS -Green MAgnitude

    or another good combo to increase my strength

    Thank you for reading this ill take any other ideas for anything "opinions welcome"

    confused. You said you won't be using supps, then you list supps you will be using? The southbeach diet is a very broad diet is it not? Set out a specific meal plan and we will be able to help you! Good luck!!

    id suggest at least taking whey, way more important than either of the other two supps you listed.
    And dont worry about fat burning supps, they dont hold a candle to a good diet and cardio program.
