Hello to everyone,
Let me just get right to it, I'm 18 years old, 5' 8", 144lbs, and roughly 15%bf give or take a bit.
These are a couple pics my ex gf took, just messing around, kinda caught me by surprise. So there is no flexing involved.
Now I would like your guys' opinions, should I gain some weight than cut, or just cut now.
My goal is to weight anywhere from 150-160 with 6-8% bf
Ive done v02, and RMR
RMR= 1,900 cal/ per day
v02= 867cal/ per hour( during cardio exercises at target heartrate.
Im not a noobie, I know nutrition, and exercise enough to get by.(I live with a bodybuilder/personal trainer.
So now, lets get some opinions.
