lol man thats not really him! If it was him, his name should be BOLD and it would say IFBB pro bodybuilder. And plus Bodybuilding.com would probebly state on thier main page Serge is on our forms etc....

No it is no "bull****" as you said, Yes when I used to compete I did eat like that, and I used to train about 3/4 hours a day, and 2000 sit up no stop. I am living in Paris now and have some free time for my bodybuilders freinds. You can ask me any question and I will answer, probably in the evening.
