i never used it or seen it really just saw infomercials but i think they have a instruction thing, atleast thats what i think since they have 1 for almost all of does things you buy from tv.

As far as I know they do nothing to elimante hip flexor use and prolonged use with it may provoke back troubles..I dont know though. I've heard that the 'extended motion' of going farther back on them is not good for you..

i heard its supposed to lower the chance for back problems
cause it gets you off the ground nad it supports your entire back

You havent even asked a question. How can I possibly help you? And it isnt necessary to capitalize the first letter of every word.
Anyways, I wouldnt recommend buying any of those infomercial products because they only sell them to people dumb enough to believe they can go from obesity to a full six pack over the winter.
Secondly, if you have question about how the product works you probably shouldnt have bought it in the first place, try looking for the website they advertised.
