d_k's getting big journal
Here we go, finally decided to start up a journal to track my progress... I'm 6'0 185ish right now I think, been bulking for the past 5 months and plan to continue as I'm making great lean gains... I'm still pretty damn lean atm not to sure about exact bf %, waist is still a 31 after going from 160-185, arms measurin in at about 16" flexed cold. Here's a pic I took at about 180 pounds:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/photo/...&ppuser=323777
I'm starting a upper/lower( sort of ) done 4x a week, lookin something like this:
Monday:Legs/Back/Bi's
Wednesday: Chest/Shoulders/Tri's
Friday:Legs/Back/Bi's
Saturday: Chest/Shoulders/Tri's
I decided to split up a little diff than a regular upper/lower because my upper days were getting crazy, I'll be squatting twice a week for now because I hurt my lower back doin deads and I'm still waiting on it to be 100% before I get back to the DL's... My diets in check at around gaining about a pound a week, currently taking in 3500 calorie a day btw..

Weight on November 12th was 184, checked this morning and I'm almost at 186, tommorow is the 2 week mark so I should be close to/if not dead on 186... All weight measurements done first thing in morning on empty stomach, anyway legs/back/bi later tonight I'll update then.

Taking a look at your pics, whatever you're doing is working. Staying nice and lean. Keep it up.

Looks like an intense session there big man. I always just do whatever I feel like for volume, keeping in mind the next session that I have, so that I don't over do it.
