I know a lot people are cutting or just starting to cut, so I would like to ask Whats your favorite cheat meal?
Mine is Arby's Market Fresh Roast Beef Sandwiches X2

Favorite cheat meal?
I don't care, as long as it has about 2000 calories. hehe..maybe not that much. I always have my cheat meal..once a week, 2 hours before I play basketball...which is 2 hours of intense cardio.
Last week I had McDonald's...Next week, Boston Market...and of course, in between, i'll still be having my daily chicken, vegies, fruit and tuna...and only 1800 cals(2200 cals on work out days).
hmmm...I wonder what a coke taste like? It's been so long since i've had a drink

I dont have cheat meals but only cheat days once a week. they consit of cereal, pasta, usually a fast food meal, pizza, ice cream and any other crap i care to consume.

my cheat meal consist of 8 sloppy pb and jelly sandwhiches dressed with nutella honey and banana slices...as well as a box of toated rasin bran cereal in whole milk and a 12 slices of pizza....i eat all this under 2 hours every 2 weeks...sometimes i switch the pizza for big mac or watever im craving

emotional eater, need to change this but my cheat meals are pretty horrible, KFC, MCDONALDS!! at least i don't pig out on ice cream.
