Couple of Unrelated Questions: Kre-Alkalyn and Appetite Stimulant

Hi guys,

I have some questions about Kre-Alkalyn and appetite stimulants which I'd like to ask:

1. Kre-Alkalyn
- got a bottle of Sci-Fit Kre-Alkalyn powder; is it meant to be pretty tasteless?
- I also train first thing in the morning; it says take once in morning and once before training. Should I take my 2nd serving post training or another time?

2. Appetite stimulant: I remember a while back there was mention of the OTC anti-hystamine which is often used to boost appetite. The name slipped my mind though - anyone remember what it's called?

I remember the name of the appetite booster - Periactin! But still not 100% sure on the Kre-Alkalyn.

Also one more question: in the morning I have a cup of my own little concoction, which includes apple cider vinger. Being acidic, should I avoid taking the Kre-Alkalyn at or around the same time? Is it also prone to acid like regular creatine mono?
