in addition to what you have listed, I like to see people give creatine monohydrate and taurine a try, 5g daily, as well as a gallon of water
the creatine and taurine are stupid cheap and quite effective, and assist greatly in recovery, so may as well have at it. they aren't necessary for overall health, whereas the whey, multi and O-3's are
