JANUARY 2007
Lifting
Taken one week off lifting; no lifting again until thursday
Cardio:
Yesterday: 20min skipping
Today: 20min intervals (actually I think only lasted about 15min at an ok speed 10-13km/h)... can't wait till I max out the treadmill again and hear it shatter underneath me
Food:
Pretty easy to stick to... something like this:
1) oats/whey/yoghurt/strawberries
supps + cardio
2) oats/cc/strawberries
3) oats/cc/strawberries
4) chips/salsa/tuna/veggies
5) kanga steak/1lb random veggies
6) cc/strawberries/slice cheesecake?
throw in fishies/flax in there somewhere
~1600 cals 165p 45f 125c
Notes: Only taking the supps when I feel I need to stay awake.. cutting down on caffeine and I've stopped taking pretty much all other caffeinated stuff apart from the odd cuppa tea or two.

Lifting
Tomorrow!
Cardio:
10 squat jumps
run to other side
10 squat jumps.. repeat x10
20 squat jumps...
run to other side <insert rain here> !!!
went inside
3x10 clap pushups (knees only..fell on myself doing them on toes, next time!)
Food:

Notes: So I've been getting some mad nausea during cardio.. and a good hour or so afterwards. I was hoping that it was because I upped the intensity, but it might also be because I'm eating before it as well... but its only a small meal and I wait ~90min already and I don't really feel like waking up much earlier than 6 in the morning to eat so that I can fit my cardio in .. maybe its a bit of both, and well the goal for my cardio sessions is to go until I feel like hurling so maybe I'm achieving the purpose... but after 10min?? If this keeps up I might have to go back to easy cardio in the mornings, just when I was getting to like it as well.Last edited by asianbabe; 01-02-2007 at 06:06 PM.

maybe just reduce meal #1 size, or make it a shake so you can sleep longer, slam the shake, wait 30min, do the cardio and then eat a good meal? i used to have the same problem trying to get a full meal in first thing in the AM but now i just roll a small shake so i can get pretty much straight into my session then afterwards eat.
nice looking diet all that indulgence on 1600kcal? i wonder how creative i could get with my 3000"There's levels of retardation most people don't even know about"

well the breakfast is pretty sloppy liquidy as it is, might just do the whey and yogh next time to see if it improves, thanks
I'm sure you could do plenty with double my cals, I'm surprised they came out so low as well, but I'm feeling pretty full most of the time, don't let me be a bad influence though !!

I don't know maybe I wasn't warm this morning, but I did dips first off and after one my chest felt like it was about to burst still in some pain now. Know of anybody die of hypertension at 21?
its probably nothing serious, but since you asked, I give you all a bit of my daily whine coz I know you all hang out to see what new excuse I have everyday for being a slacker
Suppwise - I'm not sure I can feel it working, nothing really new to report sorry but I can feel improvements, probably time for a stats update soon!
