Alright, what you do is 5 sets of 100 push-ups before bed every night. Don't worry about your diet and stuff, 'cus that's just bull****.
Edit: Also, if you can take dat dere cell tech.

not much good advice there, DO worry about your diet, ask almost anyone around here and they will say that diet is the biggest part of getting bigger and stronger. find a better weight program like ripptoes or 5x5 or just search for some good routine and try it out. and DONT take cell tech, its just creatine and dextrose for a unreal price. if you really wanted to take creatine and like cell tech just buy some creatine and dextrose. but creatine a whole other subject.

as for gaining mass on your chest
diet plays a huge part , if you want to get big you gotta eat big
but eat healthy meaning high protein *chicken steak turkey egg whites protein shakes*
high carbs *baked potatos , sweet potatos , oatmeal , grits , brown rice , whole wheat bread , whole wheat pasta *
and train big meaning base all your workouts around the compound movements
for chest - barbell or dumbell flat incline decline
back- deadlifts , barbell or t bar rows , wide grip pullups
delts- military press with either dumbells or barbell
legs - squats squats squats

Seriously don't every abuse the English language like that again.
Decent chest. Get to the gym and use every machine and every free weight excersize. If you have a good chest but crap arm and legs  Get the full package. Also you will see almost no gains if you try to target one area. Full body three times a week FTW.
