yes, it sucks, lift weights and do some jumping stuff between exercises and u will see just as good gains, when u start to pleatue inclue some pylos and ol's

I did air alert two 7 years ago and I gained 1.5'' to my verticle for 7 weeks strait until I stopped. Some people it works for better than others. Maybe you don't have the right body mechanics to jump high. Before I did air alert, I couldn't touch the net and I was taller than most of my friends in 5th grade, but it helped me become the best rebounder, fastest runner, etc etc. after I did it. So who knows.

Iam going to design a free vert program for everyone. Only difference between mine and the other's is mine will be based off facts and science from some of the best jumpers in the world. Not including its free and not a hassle.
