    how many days before results

    how many days before i see results. for example. if i work out my biceps. how many days later should i get results. or is there really such small increase that i could only see over a few months span. if so how many months till i should see results if i go to gym 4-5 times a week

    I think 1-3 months...
    If you just started training, the results will come rather quickly, but before you actually notice it, it'll take 1-3 months.

    Don't forget you see yourself in the mirror everyday, so you won't notice any changesunless they are rather big.

    yeah, i thought about that. i prolly won't notice it unless i don't look in the mirror for like 1-2 months.

    It doesn't matter how many times you look in the mirror. Once the size starts packing on, you'll see results.

    But don't expect to see result over night.

    This is weird question as, the longer you workout the sooner youll notice results, just because you know what to look for. In the first 6 months you may not notice that much but everyone you know will. A lot
