Daily Calories for Strength
I eat approx. 3500-4000 calories daily of pretty much clean food.
I weight 215 and workout with weights 5 days a week, run 2 days a week, and do abs 3 days a week.
I want to gain strength but not get fat.
I am below 10% bodyfat and wanna stay cut but get muscle mass.
I eat 250+ grams of protein daily
Eat 8-10 meals a day to keep my metabolism fired up.
Approx. 100 grams of good fats daily with almonds
Question: Am i eating enough to maintain my weight and get stronger? I have a desk job
