Cheat meal

Im scheduled for a refeed tuesday night, and i cheated with a little more carbs than i should have today. Being that thanksgiving is coming up and ill be out of town as of wednesday morning, i know ill pretty much be straying away from the cut diet for the weekend.

should I:

1) do the refeed as scheduled, then take a break from the cut diet ..then resume next monday

or

2) ignore the refeed on tuesday night...since ill be consuming carbs on wednesday anyways.

i guess the essence of this question, lies in how important it is to have that refeed with the food in that order. if its that important to have a refeed in that order then ill do 1. if its not a big deal since ill be having plenty of carbs all weekend then ill do 2.

thanks for the advice.

The refeed and following the Cut Diet to the T is VERY important to getting optimal results. There is a reason for everything we do.

With that said, I would not worry about the carb meal and think you probably carbed up fine.

As soon as the holidays are over (this weekend), we will have an article done on our official stance on cheat meals and dieting. Here is the bottom line we will get to:

--When dieting for a show or even, cheating is a NO NO
--When bulking or loosely dieting, 2-3 cheats per week (quantity and size of cheats will be addressed) is acceptable.

With that said, enjoy Turkey day and get that grub on!
