I heard that if you mix creatine with a sugary drink, it will spike insulin levels and make the creatine absorb better. What do you guys mix your creatine in that gives you good results?
Thanks!

...Why the hell would you do such a thing?
Apple juice is one of the best food-drinks you can have, imho, but the nutrition of such a drink is bastardized when you destroy nutrients and enzymes by flash heating. Yes, it's still better than drinking beer, but you're missing out on many great things. Also, now that the enzymes to properly digest it are gone, you're really drinking a load of dead sugar and some vitamins. No better than some silly, overpriced sports drink. The problem is, good Juicing machines cost a lot of money, and most people drink apple juice for convenience of vitamin content rather than as a healthy food-drink.
If you just can't stand the taste, why not go the extra flight to blend some fruit together and throw that in? Much better for you, and the undesirable taste may have been balanced by various strong tasting fruit ingredients.yayay for muscle...<.< >.>...ya...*cough*...*cricket chirping*

When you take Creatine you want it to absorb into your muscles, the dextrose helps with that. You also want to make sure that you are not mixing your Creatine in an acidic medium. This is very important because Creatine changes chemically in something as mildly acidic as orange juice. You also want to be sure you're taking it on an empty stomach.
I just dump a scoop of Creatine in my mouth and wash it down with a non citrus juice.
I started using Creatine 2 weeks ago and I'm starting to feel and see the results.
I use BSN's Cellmass.
