did any body use hydoxcycut hardcore how did it work for you,i used it before but nothing really happen,but iwas not on a strict diet,my girl brought me some again and i thinking about taking it,now i'm on a good diet.

just make sure your diet is in check, drink tons of water, and take it as the directions say. i lost some weight when i used it, but i was also in kuwait at the time. but drink water, plenty of it.

That stuff is loaded with caffiene. You have to start with one tablet at a time, then increase to two tablets, and then increase to three. It has other ingredients to supposeldy burn fat as well. I made the mistake of missing a dosage for a day or so and went from one tablet to three. My heart began racing, I started sweating, and I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. I didn't think it would affect me that bad because I already drink a minimum of 2 sixteen ounce cups of coffee every morning.

If you are going to take it, be extremely careful...I would recommend just not taking it!

I am currently using it and am almost done with my first bottle. I would have to give it a 2 or 3 out of 10. Im not sure it has done anything out of the ordinary for me. Matter of fact i am pretty dissapointed with it. The biggest thing it has done is made my crap red. Plus, late in the afternoon ( I wont take fat burners past about 3pm so i can sleep better) i seem to have minor asthma attacks. Nothing that requires medical attention, just shortness of breath. MOst of these fat burners are legal because of the Bronchial inhibitors they have. When you are taking them they make you breath easier. Then when you are off your body normalizes and i personallly feel a little short of breath.

I cant say i would recommend spending your $$ on it. It was almost a complete waste of $$ for me. I am getting ready to try syntrax's Fyre. I have read some good logs about it so i guess i will try that one and see.

Hydroxycut isn't as good in general since Ephedra was banned from the market. In my opinion there is a lot of hype about it. I do believe it works, but diet will definately be a huge factor. Also the product requires quite a few servings a day, so before you know it you need another bottle of the stuff. It's pretty expensive too. Stick to high protein- low carbs and you'll lose weight without it. Good lifting.
