Well for curls do you suggest a EZ Curl bar or a straight barbell?

Its a personal preference for people.
The ez bar is mainly used because of the strain that a straight bar may place on the wrists.
If your wrists feel pain while using the straight bar, then use the ez bar.
Myself, i use the EZ."Success rests not only on ability, but upon commitment, loyalty, and pride."

I use an EZ Curl Bar too, it doesnt feel natural to lift with straight bars for me. I had an argument with my dad the other day, he said that they make it too easy and defeat the point of lifting, and used the standard "no pain no gain" crap on me.
I'm out to prove that vegetarians can be body builders too.
I'm also a loser and would appreciate positive reputation for being so nice and stuff.

Why not do both? Best of both worlds lol.. I just got back from chest/bi workout and I did both. Kicks the **** out of your arms lol.. Also feels like it strengthens the forearms. Keep the reps low and high weight with the straight bar because after about 6 reps it does start to hurt wrists. Do reps between 4-6 IMO. Gives great pump

if you ever watch the training vids of some of the biggest pros.. they all use straight bar.. its an easy choice.. place your hands closer together and you eliminate the strain that the bar puts on the wrists..

hmm..maby I should repeat myself. If you want your gains to come to a hault then keep using a straight bar and never switch your routine up. You will NOT build big peaks with a straight bar. To highly hit your peaks and recieve full contraction, you should use a medial grip on an ez-curl bar after youve done your straight bar curls. Both of these exercises should be included in your routine for they both hit different areas of your bi's. The straight bar can be an ego exercise like the bench press, go slow to grow and switch your routine up!
