the first two and last one are a cpl days old, the second to last one was from like the holiday season '05. I didn't really get serious about fitness and bodybuilding until July-August.

Could be better.
Btw, I don't know if you noticed, but your right shoulder is lowered.

I know, it isn't when I'm standing regularly, for some reason when I try and spread out my lats it does though.
Also Metzger, didn't you post a thread worrying about you having a similar problem? and never posted pics on the forums...
I can take constructive criticism but just the fact that you waste board space posting fake progress threads kinda leads me to believe that you just have no maturity and too much time on your hands.

My right shoulder is also lowered a bit.
I think it's normal.

You've made some decent gains. Well done.
Now you just have to keep going. Consistency is the key. Rome wasn't built in day, just keep plugging away and don't give up.
The one peice of advice I would give to you, is not to keep asking for feedback and looking for results every two months. Two months in bodybuilding is no time at all, and constantly checking for results is a quick way to get disillusioned, because gains just don't come that often (unless your using drugs or are genetically gifted.) Gaining muscle is TOUGH, it's not a natural thing for your body to do and it takes time.
You'll make the best gains when you first start training, after that it's going to slow down. Set yourself small, realistic goals and strive to reach them. Wake up every morning and think "how can I get bigger today?" "What exercise can I get one more rep with today?".
Don't look to take massive steps every two months, instead take tiny steps everyday.
